Inspired by the industrial geometry of her native New York City, this Eva Fehren necklace is a modern alternative to the traditional colored stone pendant. The shield shaped blue sapphire is covered in a surface of light reflecting facets and framed by a halo of white diamonds in a setting of 18K blackened white gold. The minimal pendant hangs from the center of the adjustable blackened 18K white gold chain.

Trained under jewelers Monique Péan and Philip Crangi, Eva Zuckerman was trained in Fine Arts at Cooper Union. "My interest in jewelry starts with the simple line. In my artwork I have always been fascinated by how the quality of a line represents an action; you can create a story, a space or the feeling of time with just a few marks....I become inspired by the balance and symmetry of something as simple as the arc of an ellipse, or an 'x'."
