Perfectly balancing playful design with vintage inspiration, this Cece Jewelry necklace begs for a closer look. The matte, 18K yellow gold oval pendant has been hand painted with a tiny mermaid amongst the sea. A halo of shimmering white diamonds is set on the pendant which connects to the heavy albert swivel clip. It's engraved on the back with the word 'dreamer' and hangs from the 2mm belcher chain.
