The hexagonal 18K yellow gold pendant is set with a Japanese cameo from the 1950s on one side and a hand-painted enamel butterfly on the other. Round, white diamonds and a pear shaped blue topaz accent the composition that hangs from the 18K yellow gold rope chain.
