With their reversible design and combination of sparkle and color, these Renna hoops pack a stylish punch for their diminutive size. The 18K yellow gold bubbles are set on one side with round, shimmering white diamonds and on the other with deep blue sapphires. They connect to 18K yellow gold latch backs.
