All of the pieces you see on our web site have been carefully crafted by individual artists in a studio setting.
We work very closely with each artist so that production schedules may accommodate our customers' needs as best as possible,
however given the handcrafted nature of these pieces, subtle variations in detail and finish can
occur as well as unpredictable delivery times.

No Sales Tax
Since we are an Oregon business, there is NO sales tax applied to any purchases, except if you live in the state of Washington.

All orders placed before 3 p.m. PST Monday through Friday for in-stock items are processed and shipped that same day.
Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be processed on the following Monday.
No Shipping Charge (via UPS Ground on purchases over $200)
Return Policy
If you are not happy with any item you have purchased online, you may return it to us within 10 days of receipt.
The item must be shipped to us in the original packaging, in pristine condition and prepaid via insured mail.
C.O.D. deliveries are not accepted. We will credit you for the amount of the item minus the shipping charges.

Any item you have special ordered is not returnable.
Items purchased on our website may not be returned to store locations for credit,
nor does our internet return policy apply to items purchased in our stores.
Special Orders
We do our best to have every piece on our web site available to you for immediate shipment,
however due to the nature of our product, this is not always possible.
If the piece you have ordered is temporarily out of stock, we will contact you with an estimated shipping date.
Please contact us if you need a special size in a particular piece.
In some instances we may able to accommodate you.

Order Information
You may cancel your order within 48 hours by contacting us.
We are able to ship most items within 48 hours of receiving your order.
Due to the one-of-a-kind nature of some of our pieces, this may not always be possible.
If this occurs, we will contact you as soon as we can.
Shipping
We can only ship to US street addresses and do not ship to P.O. boxes.
We ship all of our packages via UPS and all items are sent fully insured.
Complimentary UPS Ground shipping is offered for all orders of $200 and over.
We offer the following UPS shipping options:
Ground (5-7 days) $ 8.00
2nd Day $ 15.00
*Alaska and Hawaii 2nd Day only $35.00
Next Day $ 25.00
International Orders
Any international orders are subject to overseas shipping charges as well as duties/taxes incurred
by customs and are the responsibility of the recipient. These orders must be placed by calling our
Customer Service Department at 877.248.6790.
